Ava Hunt is recovering from a terrifying fall. Earlier this week, the youngest daughter of Kansas Metropolis Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt underwent surgical procedure after falling down a mountain throughout a hike.
Clark’s spouse, Tavia Shackles, recounted the scary incident on her Instagram Story alongside a photograph together with her 18-year-old daughter.
“This little thang fell down the mountain right now on a hike & went to the ER for surgical procedure on a deep wound,” Tavia wrote. “It’s been a looong day. Reward God she’s in restoration and already smiling. Please pray for a fast & full restoration!”
Ava additionally provided an update on her Instagram Story, revealing that she was having fun with watching the Olympics from dwelling after her surgical procedure.
“Surgical procedure went very easily and I’m again at dwelling watching my favourite @simonebiles!! I’m feeling nice (however I would nonetheless be somewhat drugged up),” she wrote. “Thanks for all your candy messages and prayers!!”
Ava is an incoming freshman at Southern Methodist College. She’s dedicated to the cheer group on the Dallas, Texas, faculty.
Clark and Tavia tied the knot in 1993. Along with Ava, the longtime couple shares Gracie, 25, and Knobel, 22.
