The reform of the medical and social experience commissions (MSECs) won’t affect the fee of pensions and social help for individuals with disabilities if such funds are granted on authorized grounds.
This was emphasised by the Minister of Social Coverage, Oksana Zholnovych, on Facebook, as reported by Ukrinform.
“All residents who’ve been granted incapacity pensions will proceed to obtain all designated funds after the reform. No funds or ensures for all residents who obtain them on authorized grounds might be decreased,” she acknowledged.
Zholnovych highlighted that the reform of social help for people with disabilities goals to strengthen help for individuals who have suffered accidents or well being injury, expedite the supply of such help, scale back paperwork, and make the help system throughout and after sickness or damage “clear, easy, and handy for residents.”
As reported by Ukrinform, on October 22, Volodymyr Zelensky enacted a call by the Nationwide Safety and Protection Council (NSDC) stating that the medical and social professional commissions might be dissolved beginning December 31 of this yr.
