In January-October 2024, Ukraine allotted UAH 1.6 trillion from the state price range for the safety and protection sector, together with UAH 201.6 billion in October.
That’s according to the Ukrainian Finance Ministry, Ukrinform reviews.
“UAH 1.6 trillion is the expenditures of the state price range’s basic fund for the safety and protection sector in January-October 2024. That is 58.3% of the overall quantity of expenditures of the state price range’s basic fund,” the assertion says.
Particularly, UAH 201.6 billion was used from the state price range for safety and protection wants in October.
As famous, the funds had been allotted for the salaries of army personnel, together with each rank-and-file and senior officers, in addition to cops. Moreover, the funds had been allotted for the acquisition of army and particular tools, weapons, ammunition, private protecting tools, gasoline, meals, medical care, and different bills.
As reported by Ukrinform, the state price range for 2025 envisages UAH 2.23 trillion for the safety and protection sector, which is 26.3% of Ukraine’s GDP.
