WIS-TV footage exhibits an incident beginning after ballot staff at Orangeburg County Library requested a person to take away his “Let’s Go Brandon” hat. After being knowledgeable he couldn’t vote there with the apparel, the person started cursing. Ballot staff instructed him to take his hat “outdoors” and referred to as up the following particular person in line.
